Meet your instructor
With over 27 years of experience in fine chocolate and gourmet pastry, I specialize in the development, production, and quality control of high-end artisanal chocolates. My training at renowned institutions such as the Chocolate Academy in Barcelona has refined my technical and creative skills.
I have extensive experience as a manager, leading teams in Research and Development, where I have been dedicated to the creation of new and innovative products. Many of these have received international recognition, including awards at the International Chocolate Awards. Additionally, I have played a key role in the startup and training of more than 10 artisanal chocolate factories in Cuba and the Czech Republic, optimizing production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards.
As an instructor, I have taught over 20 international courses, training professionals in the art of chocolate and pastry. My passion for excellence, innovation, and product development continues to drive my career, helping others explore and master the fascinating world of fine chocolaterie.
